2024 Spring Festival Holiday Notice

As we approach the festive season of the Spring Festival, we would like to express our gratitude for your ongoing support and loyalty. Our commitment to providing you with the highest level of service remains our top priority for the upcoming year.

To comply with the official public holidays in China and meet our operational requirements, we would like to inform you of our 2024 Spring Festival holiday arrangements:

**1. Holiday Period:**

The holiday period will be from February 3rd to February 18th, 2024 (16 days). Normal business operations will resume on February 19th, 2024.

**2. Order Delivery Schedule:**

a. Orders for products that are currently in stock (excluding pre-order items) will be processed and dispatched before February 3rd.

b. Orders placed after February 3rd will be processed and dispatched after the conclusion of the Spring Festival holiday.

Please note that due to the holiday and associated logistics company closures, the exact delivery timeframe may be temporarily affected. At present, we are unable to determine the precise shipping schedule.
